Bug Team Big Event

It was a cold and rainy morning. The sky was dark. The wind was big. And, the rain was pouring down. We were all riding so hard to get to the top of the hill. But, after the first one, the second one, the third one and the fourth one showed up, it seemed that we could never make to our destiny. “Oh!” Suddenly I woke up in the darkness, and I was still thinking about the thing that I had been dreaming of. I hoped that it wasn’t true and it wouldn’t happen to us when we are ridding our bike to Tai-dong. I hoped that the sky will be blue the sun will be worm. The best part of this trip to Tai-dong is on the second day of the trip, when we were riding down the hill as fast as a race car speeding down the hill. That is the best part of the trip because it made me better in riding my bike, so excited and closer to the nature.

It was the second day of the trip. I was following the coach who rode his bike so slowly that I could have easily passed him. I was waiting and waiting because I knew that I had to save my energy for the big downhill. Next, the coach and I finally approached our destination, faster than everyone else in our group. I wasn’t tired so I asked the coach that if I could keep on going, and he said that I had to rest. I was thinking “What? Why can’t I go when I still had a lot of energy?” I was frustrated but I didn’t want to argue with my coach, so I just shut my mouth and waited for the other team members to approach. Finally, we were all set to go when everyone in our group arrived. The coach told everyone to be careful and taught everyone lots of techniques for going downhill. The techniques were about how to break while going down the hill and what to do when you are going too fast.

We were all very excited about going down the big hill, because it was the longest downhill that we ever had before. Going downhill is like flying in the sky with no windshield to help you block the wind. The wind was blowing so hard that I was still very cold after I wore my third layer of cloth. This was the most exciting experience that I ever had before. The time passed by so quickly that I didn’t know what was happening. Then we got to the bottom of the hill. This trip also made me feel that I was closer to the nature because I could hear the wind blowing which is like the wind talking to me.

Although this trip was a totally different trip than I had dreamed of, the actual trip was better because the weather is better, the event is more interesting. I will never forget this trip because it made my riding skills better, made me so excited and made me closer to the nature.
